1. Agreement

By accessing fivesense.lol, creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading our loader, or using Fivesense software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Fivesense provides digital software access, account management, cloud configs, and related online services for FiveM. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts & licenses

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• License keys are personal, non-transferable, and may be tied to one account unless we state otherwise.
• Subscriptions and lifetime licenses grant access only while the license remains active and in good standing.
• Sharing, reselling, leaking, or sublicensing accounts, keys, loader files, or software is prohibited.

4. Device linking (HWID)

Access may require linking your device through our hardware identifier (HWID) system. Each account is typically limited to one linked device. Attempts to bypass, spoof, or reset HWID restrictions without authorization may result in suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or redistribute our software or website systems.
• Abuse, attack, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable game, platform, or server rules.
• Harass staff, users, or community members through our platforms.

6. Payments & refunds

Prices and billing terms are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, all sales are final once a license is redeemed or access is delivered. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in permanent account termination.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or risk to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the software and website ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every server or game build, or that use will be undetected on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fivesense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, accounts, game progress, or hardware.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
